  • Once a product is purchased and delivered via download or email, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Online Courses

  • Enrollment in our courses provides you with immediate access to exclusive content, materials, and resources.

  • For this reason, course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Failure to receive access to a purchased product/course (after verifying the issue on our end).
